1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on StartSalam. If you are under the age required by your country's laws to consent to online services, you may not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the content you post. One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.

3. Content ownership

You own the content you post. By posting on StartSalam, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You can delete your content or your account at any time.

4. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not post or share:

• Hate speech, racism, slurs, harassment, or threats
• Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence, gore, or content depicting harm to people or animals
• Extremist, terrorist, or violent-recruitment content
• Child exploitation content of any kind
• Spam, scams, malware, or deceptive automation
• Illegal activity, including the sale of drugs or weapons
• Content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy

5. Moderation & enforcement

We may remove content, hide posts, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations result in immediate removal from the platform.

6. Reporting

If you see content that violates these terms, please use the in-app report tool. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action when appropriate.

7. Disclaimer

StartSalam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, uninterrupted service, or that the platform will be free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartSalam and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
